Rented a private room on the second floor (inside another dorm room). Walls where very thin and could hear everything. Room was dirty, no aircon and fan was not working. Mattress was old, pillows and pillow cases where thin and overused. Shared bathroom was never cleaned, dustbin overflowing with toilet paper, water pressure was intermittent and cut off sometimes. Wifi was slow. Good location, very central. Staff was helpful but not always present. common areas ok. Overall not worth the money.

Our stay at the Bella’s Backpackers was a great experience. The staff were awesome that got to know their guests, and would invite us all to go out to the bars with them. Great common area and kitchen to meet people as well! We definitely recommend checking out this hostel :)

Staff opened door for us and greeted us and checked us in quickly. Showed us our room and gave suggestions on where we should go for activities and food. Always friendly and hostess even hung out and talked with us throughout the night and exchanged stories. Would highly recommend.
