I stayed for two nights (from Mon to Wed) in late May, and I got a 4 bed mixed dorm all to myself, which was nice. Some people have complained about the lockers but mine worked fine. The location is great in that it's in the city center, but it's also horrible for someone who wants to sleep late because it gets quite noisy pretty early in the morning (horse carriage rides went below my window). The room and the bed were OK – nothing fancy but worked fine.
The staff was great, very friendly.

Our stay was short, but we weren't very comfortable. All of the lockers were broken, so I didn't even use them. The other guests pretty much minded their own business, which is why I wasn't too concerned about the broken lockers. Our private bathroom was okay, but the overall place felt grungier than I would have liked. The kitchen was okay, but the trash that morning needed to be emptied badly. We were glad to leave early in the morning.

extremely good location, a very beautiful place, safe and with very friendly and helpful staff. I just felt that the bathroom was not very clean and that the pillow and blanket were not so good.
