Arrived at 3:30. Sign on door said reception was out, call a number to be let in. Called 4 times w/ no response and waited outside for an hour before being let in. Hostel said they weren’t aware of my reservation, so had not been prepared for my arrival. Attributed this to difficulties w/ hostelworld but seemed to be easily able to find my reservation on hw. Didn’t charge me for room upgrade due to the room I booked being unavailable. Staff was inaccessible. Room and bathroom clean. Kitchen old

This is a lovely place to stay in the heart of Braga, which was also a very lovely city. The manager took extra time and care to make sure we had keys, comfort, and everything we needed. The check-in process was easy, and the rooms were quaint. The communal area had an ecclectic charm, being funnily decorated. I would definitely stay here again for any short or longer trip.
