The Kasbah Langkawi dormitory building has 2 areas with different bedding: Flying beds and Japanese style beds on the upper deck. All beds have a mosquito net, plug-point and a fan.
The bathrooms are separated for men and women. Each side has 3 toilets, 2 showers and 2 sink.
In our Restaurant, Café & Bar we serve breakfast, lunch and dinner. The Kasbah food menu offers range of authentic local dishes and a good mix of western delicacies with daily specials and live grill on the weekend.
The Kasbah is also widely known as a gathering space for local artisan and musicians giving it a special atmosphere with live performance, exhibition and knowledge talk a frequent event in the restaurant.
***Property Policies & Conditions:
1. Cancellation policy: At least 3 days advance notice for free cancellation.
2. Check in from 14:00 to 23:00.
3. Check out before 12:00 noon.
4. Payment upon arrival by cash.
5. For Non-Malaysian Guest, RM10 for each room per night as Tourism tax implemented starting 1st Sept 2017.
6. No Smoking inside the room.
7. Age restriction: no children below 12 years old.
8. Reception working hours 09:00-23:00.

Kasbah had good food and the private twin room was very nice. Free water was a big plus. Keep in mind that the walls are very thin so you can hear the giggling girls coming back from the club at 6 am also in the private rooms. Staff was friendly and the pets on the property even frendlier! Kisses to Sing Sing and the cute doggy!

Loved the place! Ended up extending my stay. The Kasbah guesthouse and restaurant are cozy and down-to-earth. You can feel the creative and laid-back atmosphere here. The flying beds are a nice experience. Although if you move a lot in your sleep you might want to get the japanise style bed. Cooool staff! Thanks for all the fun.

The one hostel I had to run away. 😂
No vibe at all, people staying there were just broke white losers. Poor security, door was wide open to your bed step. The whole place seemed like out of care and maintenance. If you like to pay a bit extra, Bed Attitude is way better choice.
