Alma Nativa Hostel

ALMA NATIVA HOSTEL is a family run hostel offering a cosy, friendly & inviting space created as a home away from home, for all travelers adventuring around Chile. Here we welcome solo travelers, couples, families and groups from all around the world.

Alma Nativa Hostel offers magical views of the active Volcano: Ruka Pillan/Volcan Villarrica, a hammock heaven amongst the trees, spacious and relaxing areas to unwind and enjoy the energy and pace of Pucon, a seasonal outdoor swimming pool, a shared lounge with games and books to enjoy, onsite private parking, a communal kitchen and restaurant with home made food.


Hosted by a bi-lingual Chilean / Australian family, we welcome our guests with a big smile and a world of information about Pucon and the surrounding areas. Our tour desk at reception offers a range of activities ranging from rafting, climbing the volcano, visiting the various hot springs in the area, tour de la zona and many more.

We are located in the heart of Pucon about 600m walking distance from local artisan markets, restaurants, bars and super markets. The ‘beach’ located at the Villarrica Lake is 400m walking distance from the hostel. 16 km from Ski Pucon, 18 km from Ojos del Caburgua Waterfall and 18 km from Villarrica Volcano. The nearest airport is La Araucanía International, 90 km from Alma Nativa Hostel. All bus terminals are within 1km walking distance from the hostel.

Alma Nativa Hostel Policies & Conditions:

Cancellation policy: 48h before arrival. In case of a late cancellation or No Show, you will be charged the first night of your stay.

Check in from 14:00 to 21:00 .
Check out before 11:00 .
You may use the communal area after check out, however, there is an additional charge for the kitchen (2,000) and or shower (2,000) use after 11:00 am.

Payment upon arrival by cash, credit cards, debit cards.
Taxes not included - 19.00%
3,000 CLP key deposit upon arrival and returned at check-out.

No curfew.
We do not accept customers younger than 18 years of age.

Smoking is not allowed in room; but we have certain smoking area.
