Located behind the historical site Makam Mahsuri (Mahsuri Mausoleum) our Hill View Chalet is embedded by beautiful horizon-wide paddy fields with Langkawi's pride Mount Gunung Raya at our peak. Cenang Beach, Kuah Town, and Langkawi International Airport are only a 15-minute drive away.
Kawah Padi Hill View Chalet has 3 spacious and comfortable dorms that can host in a total of 5 people at the same time. Facilities include a shared bathroom with hot and cold showers and outdoor kitchen guests are welcome to use. On-site there is also a cafe where we sell beverages and simple meals.
WiFi is available in public areas and is free of charge. We offer car and scooter rental and free private parking on-site (reservation is not needed).
Terms & Conditions
Cancellation policy: 3 days before arrival. In case of a late cancellation or No Show, you will be charged the first night of your stay.
Check in from 14:00 to Midnight
Check out before 12.00 Noon
Reception working hours: 24hrs

The moment you enter the gate, you are instantly transferred into another world. A world with great respectful fellow travellers, amazing view of the mountains (Yes, sunrise and sunsets from the property is amazing), very hospitable hosts Moon and Zu, who go out of their way to ensure you are felt more at home and not just a hostel. Interacting their family was just warm and fun. Its a place filled with laughter, great stories and amazing vibes. Look no further if you want peace. just book it!!

unbeatable personalised hospitality from arrival to departure. surrounded by paddy fields with green mountainous background. it's good to get a motorcycle to get around the island and enjoy the nature scenery.

This is the best place I could have stayed- Mr. Mun showed incredible hospitality, even driving me to the airport, and made the place feel like a home. It is also in a beautiful, peaceful location with some lovely cats. I hope to be back soon!
