Amazing hostel, value for money is great. I stayed in a dorm which had 2 very large bathrooms between 6 people. Restaurant is tasty (if a little expensive). Nice to have a supermarket close by but a little farther from the main part of town (playa carmen) than other hostels. Staff was super friendly and helpful in setting up tours and helping with public transport, can’t recommend enough! :)

Nice but lacking an authentic feel of a backpacker hostel. More suited to the richer clientele and social media people who were there when I stayed. The staff were snobby when I asked about public bus schedules. The door in one bathroom was broken so no privacy and the other bathroom had a cold shower. I reported both but nothing happened despite being told ‘it was taken care of’. A person in my dorm openly told me she had stayed for free a couple of nights by sleeping in someone else’s bed and there was an
