I really enjoyed staying at the Capsule Lucerne. Very cool experience and felt very safe. The only bothersome thing is that since the bathrooms and showers are all in one room, it gets extremely hot in there when you go to brush your teeth, etc. The rest of the experience was great!

The capsuels were really Nice! You had your own privacy and could sleep at Night without any noise. Everything was clean. And the toilets/showers were okay.
There were not any staff, But the hostel/room We slept in where right next to a lot of officers and coworkeres and We shared the kitchen with them. This was weird, and it didn’t felt cosy at all. They where friendly, but We felt like We interrupt them in their coffebreak. We also missed a real kitchen, so we had the oppertunity to cook.

No people actually work here it’s all automated. You can’t check in till 2pm and there in no where to leave your bags. Pod are is co-ed which I didn’t love. Lockers are very small. Can get very hot in the pods. Shower area is very strange with shower, toilet, and sink in the same tiny room.
