Double room was fine (if you are okay with bathroom that is open to the elements/insects), but what let this property down was the incompetence of the staff. Upon arrival I was asked to pay circa 470k despite the total booking being 310k and having already paid a deposit. It took around 15 minutes for this to straightened out. There was further confusion in every other interaction including renting bikes, booking taxis and checking out. The service was awful. The pool area and loungers were not clean, and t

We’ve come to this location in the low season and it was absolutely worth the money paid, lovely staff and unreal quality of rooms. Pool area was very scenic. It’s been the highlight of our trip! Definitely coming again
