Very small room for sleeping, facilities didn’t work well (no plug the upper bed, door of the bathroom cannot close). The staff was cute and kind 🙂

The checkin system is a mess. The room allocations they are done on a scrap paper and clearly doesn’t work. they mess up on bed allocations. This happened to us as someone came in at 3am to find had been assigned his bed so he took another. No way to remediate this as reception closes by then. There were no keys to any of the lockers, no cooking utensils despite kitchen. Nowhere to hang towels etc. impossible to sleep bc the noise from the vieux port is insane
