Heart is situated in the real heart of Amsterdam, all that you need is beside you, dam square, red-light district, the main shopping areas, Amsterdam canal boats and public transportation to all other sightseeings. All rooms are designed with Hollywood atmosphere; each gets a movie name, movie pictures, story of the movie and movie themes such as godfather, American beauty, star wars, lord of the ring ......

They said free breakfast on the page, but, apparently, in the confirmation it said that breakfast was not free and I had to pay. Entering the building was always a pain in the ass. The lady working there was not nice at all. The bathroom was pretty dirty for most of the day and the water stands there without going down when taking a shower. The location was very great though, it was very close to everything and getting there was always easy, the area is not for kids though.

Super friendly staff! The room was so clean and modern, located by the Red Light District, shops and restaurants are located closely! Breakfast bar was nice and overall good experience!

Overall a great stay, nice rooms. Very pricy for what you get but the location is what makes it expensive. Would stay here again in the future :)
