Excellent accueil et service en général. Le personnel est très poli, gentil et prêt à donner tous les renseignements nécessaires pour visiter Strasbourg. En tant que touriste, c'est toujours sympa d'avoir ce genre d'accueil. Ils sont également bilingues Français-Allemand. Par ailleurs, concernant les chambres très propres et confortables. Seul bémol, pas de possibilité d'avoir un lit deux places ou pour un couple. Propre et moderne comme un hôtel, mais lits individuels comme dans un auberge de jeunesse / Ho

Very expensive for a hostal - but that’s France. Nice staff. Rooms were small. The place was overrun with kid travel groups ..on Easter !! Like what it’s Easter. Not a school travel date …a 30 min walk from the train…. So not exactly ideal. But there are few other. options…
