Our one acre landscaped property consists of two full guesthouses, three single bedrooms in a row house and a stand alone cabana. These four structures surround a central communal gazebo which contains tables, chairs, hammocks, and a couch. The gazebo area facilitates a social atmosphere for our guests, and is often used to host fellow travelers from neighboring guesthouses. The entire property has a direct view to both the beach and water.

All rooms on the property have their own wash room, shower, fan, and mosquito nets.

Arne's offers breakfast and drinks and snacks throughout the day. Laundry services, wifi, tours, surfing lessons, and wildlife safaris are all available from on site staff.

I was actually kind of skeptical at first because of the amount of 10/10 reviews. However I have to state that this is the real deal! I even prolonged my stay. The owner and his staff are very welcoming. The breakfast offers many delicious options to choose from. The rooms really impress with their balance of simplicity and usefulness. What also quite surprised me was that even with the separate bungalows there is a strong bond between the travelers here. My best pick for a stay in Sri Lanka!

Arne's place is in such a good location, the staff are so friendly and will do whatever they can to make your stay! Was given recommendations and was allowed to extend my stay during the down season. Definitely would go back!

We love staying at Arne’s. This was our second time. Arne’s is very comfortable, well maintained and extremely relaxing. The staff are super friendly, very obliging and the home cooked meals are delicious. The beach is perfect for swimming and there is a wave out the front too. I can highly recommend Arne’s you won’t be disappointed.
