La Choza located in Ciudad Colonial (Spanish for 'Colonial City') is the historic central neighborhood of Santo Domingo and the oldest permanent European settlement of the New World. It has been declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO
It is colloquially known as 'Zona Colonial' (Colonial Zone).

Each room here will provide you with a patio. You can enjoy garden view from the room. We have private and shared rooms, bed linen included and WiFi access available.

Place was nice, easy to find and near to Colonial mainstreet. There was warm shower, Air condition and sealing fan in room. Not so many shelfs or hangers where to but backpacks and clothes. But really good value for you money. Slept well and staff were super helpful.
